This Privacy Policy describes how the Dazed & Amuzed mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. Your privacy matters to us, and we have built the App to collect as little as possible.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. The App does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, or contacts, and does not track you across apps or websites. Any player names you enter during a game are stored only on your device for the duration of that game and are never transmitted to us or anyone else.
Game settings and preferences are saved locally on your device. This information never leaves your device and is removed if you delete the App.
If in-app purchases are offered in a future version, payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
The App is intended for users aged 17 and older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
